Just add your preferences in the booking form under 'Special Requests' and we will make sure our team is across. We’ll adjust our plan to suit your needs, ensuring you get exactly what you want without any stress. Your satisfaction is our goal!

You’ll get peace of mind fast! After submitting your booking, we’ll send a confirmation email within 24 hours, detailing your service date, time, and any special requests. You’ll also receive a text reminder the day before, so you’re never left wondering. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact us—we’re always happy to assist and ensure you feel confident about your appointment!

If you are already registered you can login and reschedule your booking 24 hours before the scheduled service. Please contact us at hello@orange-swan-258802.hostingersite.com for any changes.

If our team cannot enter your home due to locked doors or incorrect entry instructions, a $70 fee will be applied to cover the disruption and lost scheduling time. Please double-check and update your access information to prevent this charge.

You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled service and receive a full refund. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $70 cancellation fee may apply.

When you add your card details a temporary hold will be placed on your card before your service is initiated, and charges will only be processed after the service has been completed. Other payment arrangements can be made by calling 1800 888 688.
